The 9th European Airway Management Congress is a four-day anaesthesia and airway meeting hosted by the European Airway Management Society in Istanbul. It is aimed at clinicians, educators and researchers working across airway management in theatres, ICU, emergency care and prehospital settings, with a programme built around the theme One Airway, One Goal: Together Saving Lives. The timetable includes pre-congress resident, ultrasound and Teach the Airway Teacher courses, plenary and keynote sessions, oral presentation blocks, mini-workshops, simulation labs, meet-the-expert sessions, hands-on technical workshops, industry sessions and the EAMS General Assembly.

Abstract submission is open until 31 August 2026 at 23:59 local time. The congress page states that only oral presentations will be offered, with research and case studies accepted through the online DigiAbstract system. At least one author must register for the congress and one registered author may present a maximum of two abstracts. The EAMS congresses page states that accepted abstracts are published in Trends in Anaesthesia and Critical Care and that the best abstracts enter an oral presentation competition.

Registration fees are published in euros. Before 1 May 2026 the non-member/industry representative rate is EUR 425, EAMS member rate EUR 375 and resident reduced rate EUR 250; after 1 May these rise to EUR 525, EUR 475 and EUR 325 respectively. Course fees are separate and require congress registration. EACCME accreditation has been applied for, but confirmed credits are not yet published.
