MedicMess Tips

  • The Eventbrite listing states that a recording will be available for those unable to attend live.
  • Registration and networking breakfast begins at 09:00; the educational programme runs from 09:30 to 17:00.
  • The exact 4.5 CPD-point value is preserved in the conference intelligence because the legacy CPD column accepts whole integers only.
Complete guideFull MedicMess editorial briefing

The Global Menopause and Cancer Conference is a one-day hybrid meeting for healthcare professionals managing treatment-induced menopause after cancer. It brings oncologists, menopause specialists, cancer nurses, GPs and surgeons together for multidisciplinary case discussion, patient-led learning and debate about decisions where guidance or evidence remains uncertain. Attendance carries 4.5 CPD points.

The programme is organised around four extended conversations. Topics include lessons from multidisciplinary menopause-after-cancer clinics; complex cases spanning breast, gynaecological, sarcoma and haematological cancers; emerging areas such as SERDs, GLP-1 receptor agonists, testosterone after cancer, sexual health and genitourinary syndrome of menopause; and practical work on service design, education, consensus and research collaboration. The agenda also includes a networking breakfast, two coffee breaks and a networking lunch.

The official programme invites delegates to submit challenging clinical cases and questions in advance to help shape the interactive panel discussion. This is a clinical case route rather than a conventional abstract, poster or oral-presentation call: no submission deadline, action link, word limit, template, eligibility criteria, selection process or publication outcome was published when checked.

The programme lists base prices of £150 in person and £99 virtually. The current Eventbrite checkout totals are £163.22 and £107.96 respectively after fees, with no dedicated trainee or student rate advertised. The venue is Lloyd's Register, 71 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 4BS; global livestream access and a recording are also available.
