This regional annual meeting is designed for consultants, resident doctors and SAS doctors working in obstetrics and gynaecology across the East of England. The programme covers endometriosis diagnostics, hyperemesis care, menopause, the vaginal microbiome, digital transformation and research presentations.

Abstracts are submitted by email as a Word document by 29 September. They are limited to 300 words excluding the title, structured as Title, Introduction, Methods, Results and Conclusions, and may include one table or image; authors and affiliations must be supplied. Eight top-scoring abstracts are selected for oral presentation, with a poster competition added if submission volume allows; research, case reports, local audits and quality-improvement projects are all eligible for prizes.

The meeting is free for EAOGS members, with annual membership stated as £20 for consultants and £10 for resident or SAS doctors. Registration begins at 10:00 at the Bob Champion Research & Education Building in Norwich, and the scientific programme concludes at 17:00.
