The 11th EFC European Congress 2026 takes place in Bucharest, Romania, from 14 to 17 October 2026. The programme covers HPV vaccination, personalised screening, self-sampling, HPV natural history, microbiome, colposcopy quality, challenging cases, patient-centred care, reproductive outcomes and service improvement. It includes hands-on colposcopy training, treatment skills, bring-your-own-case review, live QI competition, mentoring clinics, early-career research pitches, innovation awards and oral/poster prizes. Abstract submission is open with a deadline of 1 July 2026; categories include HPV and cervical cancer research, screening, colposcopy, vaccination, management of SIL/AIS, QA, STDs and HIV, training and education, microbiome and vulvo-vaginal disease.
