Complete guideFull MedicMess editorial briefing

EORS 2026 is a research-heavy orthopaedic meeting for surgeons, basic scientists, biomechanists, bioengineers and translational investigators. The programme is built around keynote lectures, symposia, free paper sessions and poster sessions, with a joint EORS-ARCO element on osteonecrosis before the EORS programme begins on Wednesday 23 September. Abstract submission opened on 1 February 2026 and closed on 12 April 2026. EORS submissions accept oral presentation, poster presentation or oral/poster either, with a 400-word abstract limit, no figures or tables, full title, all authors and affiliations, presenting-author details and selection from the published main-topic list. New Investigators can request award consideration if they are a student or PhD candidate at registration. Registration is open, with early-bird pricing to 15 July 2026 and bank transfers accepted until 16 September 2026; the public table is in EUR, so MedicMess has preserved the detailed fee evidence rather than converting summary GBP fields. Lunches and refreshments are included, the exhibition is open during congress hours, and the welcome cocktail is included in registration, while the official dinner is a paid add-on with limited places.
