OPAT Global Summit 2027 is a BSAC-run international hybrid conference at the QEII Centre in London, focuses on outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy and safe out-of-hospital antimicrobial care. The programme covers global OPAT models, national implementation challenges, diagnostic innovation, telehealth, digital decision support, novel therapeutics, antimicrobial stewardship and lessons from high-income and LMIC settings.

It includes exhibition and poster viewing, selected oral abstract sessions, late-breaker abstract slots and an international panel. Abstracts can be submitted for oral or poster presentation and accepted abstracts are published in JAC-Antimicrobial Resistance. Oral submissions close at 17:00 GMT on 8 January 2027 and poster submissions close at 17:00 BST on 29 January 2027. Presenting authors must register and can attend in person or online; accepted presenters receive a 50% registration discount.

Visible full-conference fees match BSAC's conference scale: GBP 140 for NHS/not-for-profit members, GBP 240 for non-members and GBP 100 for non-member student or LMIC concessions.
