ECIM 2027 is EFIM’s 25th European Congress of Internal Medicine, running from 31 March to 3 April 2027 at Cité des sciences et de l’industrie in Paris. The invitation names internists, subspecialists, researchers, educators, trainees, and healthcare professionals as the audience, with a theme of integrating evidence-based and personalised medicine. The scientific programme and faculty pages are not yet populated, but EFIM describes keynote lectures, state-of-the-art sessions, interactive workshops, clinical case discussions, and research presentations.
Abstract submission is open from 1 June to 30 October 2026, with late-breaking submissions from 2 to 20 November 2026. The guideline page accepts oral or poster preferences, research/medical abstracts and case reports/clinical cases, and limits abstracts to 250 words excluding title, authors, affiliations, tables, and figures. Presenting authors must be registered, paid participants, and accepted abstracts are included in the official meeting publication.
Registration fees are listed in euros. Regular non-member registration is €625, EFIM member registration is €575, young internist registration is €350, and fellow registration is €475. Early rates are lower, including €300 for young internists and €575 for non-members, with the official Important Dates page listing early registration deadline as 31 January 2027. CME-CPD accreditation is planned but not yet confirmed.
