This hybrid ESMO congress takes place in London from 14–16 December 2026 and covers cancer immunology from basic science through translational research and clinical development. Themes include resistance, tumour metabolism and microenvironment, innate immunity, cell therapies, cancer vaccines, multispecific engagers, biomarker strategies, AI tools, single-cell and spatial biology, toxicity management and treatment optimisation.

Regular abstracts close on 22 September 2026 and eligible late-breaking abstracts on 3 November; Trial in Progress abstracts are also accepted. Formats are Proffered Paper, Rapid Oral, onsite Poster with a mandatory e-poster file, and e-Poster. All accepted work, including late-breaking abstracts, is published in the ESMO Immuno-Oncology & Advanced Therapies 2026 Abstract Book, an ESMO I-O TECH supplement.

Presenters must register by 25 November. Registration is open in EUR: ESMO members in training pay €240 early, €270 late or €310 full, undergraduate members €205, €235 or €275, and non-member academia €750, €865 or €970. Early registration closes 14 October and late registration closes 18 November. ESMO-MORA accreditation has been applied for.
