The ESMO AI & Digital Oncology Congress takes place at CityCube – Messe Berlin from 16–18 November 2026, with sessions also available through a virtual platform. It brings together oncology professionals and digital-health experts to examine research, ethics and technology in cancer care. The abstract deadline is 1 September 2026 at 21:00 CEST. Accepted formats are Proffered Paper, Rapid Oral, onsite Poster with a required e-poster file, and e-Poster. Presenters must register by 28 October. Accepted abstracts will appear after the congress in the ESMO AI & Digital Oncology 2026 Abstract Book, a supplement to ESMO Real World Data and Digital Oncology. Programme themes include clinical AI, digital transformation, data-driven oncology, ethics and implementation. ESMO-MORA accreditation has been applied for but points are not yet stated. Registration is open in EUR: ESMO members in training pay €240 early, €270 late or €310 full; non-member academia pays €735, €845 or €945. Early registration closes 9 September and the late window closes 28 October.
