BSPED 53rd Annual Meeting takes place from Tuesday 8 to Thursday 10 December 2026 at Bristol Beacon. It is aimed at professionals caring for children and young people with endocrine disorders and diabetes, including consultants, trainees, nurses, allied health professionals, researchers and students. The objectives cover emerging research, innovation and technology, multidisciplinary learning through plenaries, symposia, case discussions and oral/poster presentations, and opportunities for early-career professionals to present work and engage with senior colleagues. Abstract submission closed at midnight BST on Friday 17 July 2026. The submission portal says accepted authors will be selected for oral or poster presentation; the main meeting awards include Best Basic Abstract, Best Clinical Abstract, Best Poster and Best CME Case Presentation. Registration remains open until 1 December 2026. Late non-member main-meeting rates are £567 for clinicians, £376 for clinician trainees and £140 for students/concessions; early-bird non-member clinician registration is £534 until 13 October. The conference dinner costs £75 and the welcome reception is free when selected during registration. Non-consultant BSPED members presenting at the meeting can apply by 3 November for one of a limited number of attendance grants worth up to £250.
