MAP 2026 takes place at the Business Design Centre in London on 10–11 September 2026. It is organised jointly by Cancer Research UK, ESMO and Unicancer, and is aimed at clinicians and researchers working across molecular diagnostics, biomarkers and precision oncology.

The programme covers molecular characterisation of cancer, multiomics, liquid biopsy, early detection and profiling, with keynote sessions and scientific discussion. Regular abstracts closed on 2 June 2026 at 21:00 CEST.

Accepted work may be selected as a Proffered Paper, Rapid Oral, onsite Poster with a mandatory e-poster copy, or e-Poster. Presenters had to register by 19 August. Accepted abstracts are published in the MAP 2026 Abstract Book, an ESMO Open supplement. The programme carries 14 ESMO-MORA Category 1 points.

Registration remains open; visible EUR rates ranged from €150 early for an ESMO member in training to €720 full-rate for non-member academia, with the late-registration window ending 19 August. The venue is the Business Design Centre and official accommodation is handled by Kuoni Global Travel Services Congress.
