Regular abstract submission ran 24 March-21 May 2026 at 12:00 CEST and clinical case submission ran 24 March-2 June 2026 at 12:00 CEST. The current live abstract_deadline of 2026-09-29 corresponds to Late-Breaking Science, not regular abstracts. The registration page exposes fee windows, including last-minute/onsite until 13 December 2026, but no separate general registration close is stated.
EACVI 2026 runs from 3–5 December 2026 at Allianz MiCO in Milan and brings EuroEcho, EuroCMR and ICNC-CT into one cardiovascular-imaging congress. The programme spans echocardiography, cardiovascular magnetic resonance, nuclear cardiology and cardiac CT, with both single-modality tracks and cross-modality sessions. It is particularly relevant to cardiology and imaging trainees because the published format includes case-based learning, live demonstrations, how-to sessions, debates, meet-the-expert discussions and an Imaging Training Hub with TOE workshops, a simulation village and practical masterclasses.
Research is integrated throughout the meeting. Abstracts, clinical cases and late-breaking science are presented in the programme; the main abstract and clinical-case calls have closed, while late-breaking science submissions run from 11 August to 29 September 2026 at 12:00 CEST. Accepted contributions are published in the European Heart Journal – Cardiovascular Imaging online supplement and featured on ESC 365, giving accepted work a clear publication and online dissemination route.
Registration is priced in euros and includes the scientific and educational programme, networking, industry sessions, CME credits and on-demand access until 19 December 2026. Standard non-member fees are €920 by 30 September, €1,110 in the late window and €1,300 last-minute or onsite. Eligible EACVI-member students, residents and doctors in training pay €515, €600 or €660; the corresponding non-member in-training rates are €605, €705 or €780. The registration page labels 30 September and 31 October as fee-window cut-offs, not a general registration closing date, so no general registration deadline is asserted. The venue is Allianz MiCO, Gate 4, Viale Lodovico Scarampo, Milan.
