BIR Annual Radiotherapy and Oncology Meeting 2027

The BIR Annual Radiotherapy and Oncology Meeting 2027 is a two-day face-to-face meeting at The Birmingham Conference & Events Centre on 11-12 March 2027. BIR describes it as the seventh annual meeting in this series, bringing together national and international experts in radiotherapy and oncology. It is designed for all disciplines involved in the field: clinical oncologists, therapeutic radiographers, physicists, service managers, Linac and IT engineers, dosimetrists, manufacturers, department heads and other radiotherapy and oncology professionals.

The meeting offers up to 12 CPD credits and is framed around cutting-edge clinical practice, refreshing knowledge in key areas, expert opinion, networking with peers and industry, and opportunities to share research and development work. A drinks reception is planned on the first day, with an exhibition and sponsor presence across the meeting.

Registration is open through MyBIR. Public fees are listed as non-member £450 standard or £350 early bird, BIR trainee member £180 standard or £100 early bird, and BIR student/retired member £80 standard or £60 early bird. Extra early-bird member rates run until 11 November 2026 and early-bird registration runs until 11 February 2027. BIR abstract guidance confirms oral and poster presentation routes, with accepted abstracts potentially published in the BIR event programme.
