31st WONCA Europe Conference 2027

WONCA Europe 2027 brings family physicians, researchers, educators, trainees and healthcare professionals to Ljubljana for a four-day conference themed around sustainability strategies for primary care. The public programme framework emphasises planetary health, financing and policy, workforce sustainability, digital health and artificial intelligence, equity, patient safety, prevention and population health. Abstract submission is scheduled to open on 1 September 2026 and close on 30 November 2026, with acceptance notifications due in February 2027. Registration opens on 1 December 2026, early registration runs until 20 March 2027 and regular registration closes on 31 May 2027; fees are not yet published, though the FAQ states reduced student fees will be available. The EYFDM preconference is listed for 8-9 June 2027 at the same venue and is aimed at junior general practitioners, family medicine registrars, medical students and trainees. The venue is the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre, close to the city centre and the main railway/bus stations.
