JTG Annual Conference 2026 is a two-day national OMFS trainee meeting at Hilton Glasgow, supported by BAOMS and aimed at undergraduate medical and dental students, foundation doctors, DFTs, DCTs, CSTs and dual-qualified pre-specialty trainees.
The ticket includes both conference days, lunch on both days, verifiable GDC/GMC-compliant CPD, a hands-on workshop subject to limited places, and a three-course gala dinner.
Abstract submissions are open for case reports, quality improvement or clinical governance projects, clinical research, medical education research and systematic reviews. The event-specific form sets a 300-word limit, requires work to be relevant to OMFS, head and neck surgery, facial surgery or oral surgery, and says the first or presenting author should be a junior trainee rather than an SpR with NTN, registered specialist or consultant.
The abstract deadline is 31 August 2026 at 23:59; accepted work is later allocated to oral or poster presentation, and presenting authors must attend and complete registration/payment or the abstract is withdrawn. Early-bird rates are £135 for BAOMS JTG or ASiT members and £145 for non-members, rising from 1 September to £145 and £155 respectively. Ticket sales close on 30 September 2026 at 23:59.
