IHI Forum 2026

IHI Forum 2026 is a large international meeting for clinicians, nurses, executives, students, patient advocates and improvement professionals working on quality, safety, equity and health system improvement. The event runs in Phoenix from 6 to 9 December 2026, with pre-conference learning on 6 and 7 December and the general conference on 8 and 9 December. The published material describes 100+ sessions across ten content tracks, live keynote speakers, Forum Hall poster displays, Innovation Theater presentations, peer learning, receptions and coaching opportunities. Poster proposals are open until 30 September 2026 and must focus on learning and results from improvement work rather than product promotion. Session proposals closed on 8 April 2026. Registration prices are listed in USD only: general conference early bird is $1,395 until 30 September, the regular general conference fee is referenced as $1,595, group registration is $1,295 per person for groups of ten or more, Sunday pre-conference is $445, Monday pre-conference is $645 and Forum Hall Only is $400. Continuing education credits are planned but the 2026 credit details and point values have not yet been released.
