EPITA Symposium 2027 is aimed at scientists, clinicians, trainees, physicians, surgeons and allied healthcare professionals working in beta-cell replacement, including pancreas and islet transplantation and stem-cell-derived insulin-secreting cells. Abstract submissions close on 1 October 2026, with categories covering basic science, clinical pancreas, clinical allo-islet and clinical auto-islet work, plus case-study categories for clinical pancreas and clinical islet presentations. The highest-scoring abstracts are linked to best oral, best poster and best pitch presentation awards. Registration is online through ESOT, with early and regular EUR fee windows and reduced trainee/AHP tiers. EACCME accreditation will be applied for, but confirmed credits are not yet published. The programme-at-a-glance is provided as an image on the page rather than readable session text.
