Complete guideFull MedicMess editorial briefing

The seventh Radiology Resident Forum annual conference is a full-day meeting for radiology trainees, junior doctors, medical students, allied health professionals and consultants. Its indicative programme runs from registration at 08:30 to close at 18:00 and combines a keynote lecture, three oral-presentation sessions, poster viewing, workshops, a panel discussion, networking and prizes for scientific and educational presentations. Abstract submissions closed on 20 July 2026. Scientific abstracts could cover original research, audit, quality improvement or novel diagnostic and interventional radiology techniques; educational abstracts were designed for interesting or unusual cases linked to clinical presentation and management. Both routes used a 250-word limit excluding references. Suitable submissions were considered for oral presentation, while the conference also advertises a dedicated poster session. Presenting authors must register and attend, with a maximum of five co-authors. Registration closes on 10 October. Published in-person prices are £10 for medical students, £20 for foundation or trust-grade doctors, £50 for core trainees and registrars, and £80 for consultants; virtual attendance is free. The organisers do not state CPD accreditation or a publication destination for abstracts. Guy's Campus is on Great Maze Pond, approximately two minutes on foot from London Bridge station, with Jubilee and Northern line and National Rail connections.
