37th EURAPS Annual Meeting

The 37th EURAPS Annual Meeting runs in Genoa from 26 to 29 May 2027 at Centro Congressi Magazzini del Cotone, in the Porto Antico waterfront district. It is aimed at plastic surgeons, residents and research fellows, with the local host letter framing the meeting around scientific exchange, collaboration and the EURAPS/SICPRE community. Abstract submission is public but requires a EURAPS website account; the guidance states a 15 October 2026 deadline, 300-word English abstracts, blind review and a January 2027 decision window. Eligible submissions include original studies and case reports across research, reconstructive, aesthetic, microsurgery, burns and general plastic surgery categories, with accepted work presented by the first author in 4- or 8-minute slots and published in the final abstract book. Registration fees are published in EUR only, so MedicMess GBP cost fields are left blank. The fee table includes early, standard, late and onsite windows for EURAPS-only and EURAPS plus Research Council attendance, with resident and research-fellow verification required by letter.
