EuGMS 2026 is aimed at clinicians, researchers, allied health professionals, policymakers, educators and trainees working in geriatric medicine. The congress runs in Lille from 16 to 18 September 2026, with the official microsite describing a broad scientific programme on functional capacity, healthy ageing, multicentre trials and clinical practice in older adult care.
The submission route supports regular abstracts, late-breaking abstracts, submitted symposia and workshops. Regular abstract submission closed on 31 March 2026; a late-breaking abstract call remains listed with a 29 August 2026 deadline. Abstracts are limited to 250 words, require structured scientific content, and at least one accepted author must register and pay to present.
Registration is open through the official congress registration page. Standard physician onsite registration is EUR 870 in the late period, while nurses, allied HCPs, doctors in training, under-35s and students are EUR 400 onsite; online rates are also published. The venue is Lille Grand Palais, within walking distance of Lille Europe and Lille Flandres stations, and the congress also lists online participation pricing.
