Poster, with option to be considered for 10-minute elevated oral presentation.
Deadline
Poster abstracts open until 23 August 2026; elevated oral submissions are closed. A separate travel-grant page references an earlier 15 June 2026 abstract deadline for grant-awardee timing, so the live event page was used for the current poster deadline.
Selection
A small number of submissions are selected by the Board for elevated oral presentation.
Travel Grant
Travel grants were offered for attendance and oral/poster presentation at the 75th ASM; up to GBP 500, one per applicant, with early-to-mid career members favoured.

The BSRA 75th Annual Scientific Meeting runs from 9 to 11 September 2026 at Keble College, University of Oxford, and is aimed at researchers and clinicians interested in the biology of ageing, geroscience and healthy longevity.
The programme combines keynote lectures, seven oral communication sessions, poster sessions, panels, an early-career communication workshop, a public lecture and networking events including the Chair's Reception and Society Dinner.
Abstract submission for elevated oral talks is closed, but poster abstracts remain open until 23 August 2026. Submitters can ask to be considered for oral presentation or poster; selected elevated oral presentations are 10 minutes, with early-career researchers eligible for the Korenchevsky Prize, and poster prizes awarded for first, second and third place.
Annual award applicants must be BSRA members and the presenting, first-named abstract author. BSRA also offered 2026 travel grants of up to GBP 500 for attendance and presentation, favouring early-to-mid career members.
Standard non-member three-day registration is GBP 575 in the normal period, with early-bird non-member at GBP 525 and student member registration GBP 350 normal / GBP 285 early bird. Registration remains available until 10 September 2026.
