The RCGP Thames Valley Management and Leadership Conference runs on 19–20 November 2026 at the Oxfordshire Golf Hotel and Spa in Thame. It is intended for GP practices and primary care networks, with practice teams encouraged to attend together. The two-day format combines three named speaker sessions, facilitated mixed-group work, protected time for each practice or PCN to develop its own priorities and plans, and networking with colleagues. Joe Butler is scheduled to speak about communicating with neurodiverse patients; Dr Selvaseelan Selvarajah will cover artificial intelligence in general practice; and Andy Brooks from the National Association of Primary Care will discuss neighbourhood healthcare. The public event page does not publish a detailed timed agenda, abstract route, publication outcome or CPD allocation. Non-member GP pricing is £500 non-residential or £600 residential. RCGP members and other healthcare professionals pay £400 non-residential or £500 residential. Overnight accommodation is limited and early booking is recommended. Practices and PCNs should make one booking through their manager or administrator, after which the faculty requests the individual attendee details. Registration requires an RCGP Engage login.
