AoME’s two-day Annual Academic Meeting is for educators across medicine and the wider health professions. The programme addresses how educational quality, learner support and professional values can be sustained during workforce shortages, service pressure, organisational strain and conflict.
Submissions include posters, short communications and workshops across innovation, scholarship, learner experience, educator development, patient partnership, interprofessional education and leadership. Abstracts are limited to 250 words, excluding title, authors and up to three references; the deadline was 23:59 on 14 June, with presenter registration due by 1 September.
The programme includes plenaries, workshops, oral sessions, posters, the Calman Lecture, Academy awards and a president’s reception. The in-person meeting is at Conference Aston on 20–21 October; early-bird sales end at 17:00 on 8 September and general registration closes on 3 October.
The official microsite links directly to Oxford Abstracts and a downloadable call document. Registration is wholly in person; no virtual attendance option is advertised.
