EHC26 is the 20th European Headache Congress, running at hub27 Berlin from 9 to 12 December 2026. The programme is aimed at clinicians, researchers and allied professionals in headache medicine, with parallel sessions across migraine, cluster headache, secondary headache, paediatric headache, emergency care, environmental determinants and therapeutics. There is also a dedicated two-day general-practitioner track on 11 and 12 December.
The live programme shows a dense four-day timetable with EHF sessions, debates, oral abstract sessions, late-breaking oral abstracts, ePoster sessions, teaching courses, FHE sessions and networking with EHF member societies. Abstract submission is currently closed, and authors are due to be informed in September; late-breaking abstract submission is advertised as opening in September.
Registration is open through Conventus. On-site regular early registration is EUR 675 until 10 August, EUR 815 until 9 October and EUR 965 from 10 October; the reduced trainee/nurse/physical therapist/clinical neuropsychologist band is EUR 250, EUR 350 and EUR 450 respectively. Student/PhD on-site rates are EUR 200, EUR 225 and EUR 250.
For trainees and early-career researchers, the strongest hooks are the poster/oral abstract awards, ePoster presentation route, oral abstract sessions and 30 educational grants of EUR 1,500 linked to accepted abstracts. The venue is hub27 Berlin, and registration includes the scientific programme, industrial exhibition, on-demand area, congress materials, networking get-together and refreshments during programme breaks.
