BIHS 45th Annual Scientific Meeting 2026 is a two-day hypertension and cardiovascular medicine meeting at The Spine in Liverpool, running from 14 to 15 September 2026. The programme spans hypertension research and clinical care, with expert lectures, early-career researcher presentations, late-breaker and open abstract sessions, posters, clinical case discussion, digital and wearable technology, lifestyle, clinical trials and the Sir George Pickering Lecture. Late-breaking abstract submission is open from 1 to 30 June 2026, with categories for clinical trials, clinical trial updates, and basic and translational cardiovascular science. Late breakers may be selected for oral presentation and other good-quality abstracts are considered for posters. Registration includes access to both days, the exhibition, plenary and parallel sessions, lunches, refreshments, a printed programme and a CPD/attendance certificate. Non-member late-purchase prices are GBP550 for consultant/GP-equivalent level, GBP420 for SpR/scientist/nurse/pharmacist/AHP and GBP320 for students; early-bird non-member consultant pricing is GBP450 and early bird closes on 22 June 2026. Late purchase closes on 23 August 2026 or when sold out. The venue is in Paddington Village, with Liverpool Lime Street around a 19-minute walk away and conference hotel rooms listed nearby.
