The Complete Guide to the ASPiH Conference 2026

ASPiH Conference 2026 runs from 25 to 27 November 2026 at Harrogate Convention Centre. The pre-conference ASPiH X-perience takes place on 25 November, with the main conference and exhibition on 26 and 27 November. The theme is Simulation: The Next Era, with a focus on simulation as a driver of education, system learning, workforce development, innovation and healthcare transformation. The conference is aimed at simulation practitioners, educators, researchers, leaders, innovators, students and commercial colleagues across health and social care. The programme page lists keynote speakers and describes keynote presentations, practical workshops, hands-on simulation experiences, case studies and discussion of emerging trends. Abstract submission opened on 17 February 2026 and closed on 28 April 2026. Accepted submissions may be offered as oral presentations, posters or workshops, with abstract topics covering education, transformation, technology, scholarship and leadership. Research Works may be considered for publication in a special issue of the Journal of Healthcare Simulation, while previously presented abstracts are excluded from the journal conference supplement. Registration fees are visible: standard non-member physician rate is GBP 850, member physician early-bird rate is GBP 600, member clinical professional/non-consultant standard rate is GBP 520, and member student/technical/support/LMIC standard rate is GBP 350. Virtual access is available for overseas delegates, with free virtual access for lower-middle and low-income countries.
