Video submissions require a summary and uploaded video in the same portal, maximum 8 minutes including title and credits, English title/narration, narration required and no company branding. EURETINA permits AI support for language editing/formatting but requires disclosure of substantial AI-generated content and forbids fabricated data, references or claims. Accepted presentations are embargoed until the first day of the congress and are displayed on Euretina On Demand after the congress.
