UK Kidney Week 2027

UK Kidney Week 2027 is the UK Kidney Association's annual national meeting for kidney professionals. The UKKW site describes it as the UK's leading conference and exhibition for kidney professionals and the largest UK conference for the professional kidney community, with research, state-of-the-art lectures, symposia, presentations, workshops and networking across the kidney community. The 2027 meeting runs from 7 to 9 June at International Convention Centre Wales in Newport.

The 2027 programme is still being developed. Session proposal and abstract submissions open on 31 August 2026. Session proposals close on 2 October 2026 and UKKW is particularly seeking transplantation, AKI, nursing practice, dietetics, paediatrics, trials, data and policy, interactive workshops and special-interest-group content.

Abstract submissions for UK Kidney Week 2027 close on 31 December 2026. The guidance supports oral presentations, posters, moderated poster sessions, e-posters, case reports and QI-style abstracts. Abstract bodies have a 500-word maximum, should use Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, and for 2027 the submission system will not support figures or tables. Accepted abstracts may be published in an online abstract book and on the EventsAir conference platform; presenting authors for oral abstracts must register and pay by 30 April 2027. Registration opens on 1 February 2027 with a 30-day early-bird period offering 10% off listed prices and up to 40% additional saving for UK Kidney Association members, but numeric fee bands are not visible on the rendered public page yet.
