Faculty of Perinatal Psychiatry Annual Conference 2026

This one-day Faculty conference is aimed at psychiatrists and other clinicians working in perinatal mental health. It takes place in London on 27 November 2026 with an EventsAir livestream option; online delegates can watch the speaker alongside slides, ask questions, use the discussion forum and retain access to the recording for two months. The College states that the event carries one CPD point per hour of educational activity, subject to peer-group approval.

The 2026 programme, speakers and event fees are not yet published. The organiser says these will be available in September, so no current prices or timetable have been inferred from the previous meeting.

There are two research-facing routes linked to the annual meeting. UK undergraduate medical students and foundation doctors can submit up to 3,000 words of original research, service evaluation or audit for the medical student project prize by 15 September 2026. References and bibliography are excluded from the limit, while footnotes and appendices count; a supervisor letter describing the entrant’s contribution is mandatory. For the Daksha Emson poster prize, foundation year 2, core and higher psychiatry resident doctors submit a poster on perinatal mental health. Four posters are shortlisted for both oral and poster presentation, but the 2026 Call for Posters deadline has not yet been announced.

The London venue provides lifts, accessible toilets, a multi-faith room and a quiet room. One accessible parking bay can be booked in advance, and a hearing loop is available on request.
