DMEG 2026 is aimed at early-career educators across medicine, dentistry, veterinary education and physician-associate education. Its theme, “From Curriculum to Competency”, covers inclusive curriculum development, educational leadership and implementation frameworks for modern clinical education.
The meeting includes keynotes, interactive workshops and submitted work in workshop, oral, poster and e-poster formats. The official page states that the abstract deadline was extended to midnight UK time on 10 August; the dedicated submission portal and guidelines are retained in the draft, although the deadline has now passed.
The in-person conference runs from 09:00 to 17:10 at Aston Medical School. Tickets are £70 for non-members, £55 for AoME members, £25 for AoME student members and £40 for eligible delegates working in low- and lower-middle-income countries.
