The Complete Guide to the British Society for Immunology Congress 2026

British Society for Immunology Congress 2026 is the BSI flagship meeting, taking place at SEC Glasgow from 30 November to 3 December 2026. The BSI page and Congress microsite describe more than 1,500 delegates, four days of cutting-edge immunology, hands-on workshops, poster sessions, professional development, exhibitor networking and the BSI 70th anniversary Congress party. The scientific scope is broad, covering immunometabolism, cancer immunotherapy, infection and immunity, neuroimmunology, inflammation, barrier immunity and clinical immunology. Abstract submission is open until 23:59 BST on 7 September 2026. Abstracts are submitted to a primary parallel/poster topic plus up to three alternatives, independently blind reviewed, and accepted as oral or poster presentations. Oral talks are 15-minute slots and poster sessions are scheduled onsite on 1 and 2 December. Bright Sparks oral prize sessions are available for PhD students and early postdocs, and accepted posters are eligible for poster prizes. Registration is onsite only: early non-member full registration is £900, non-member concessionary £414, BSI member full £492 and member concessionary £270; these rise after 21 October 2026. The Congress includes welcome reception, poster sessions, exhibition, online platform, abstracts/poster gallery, and a £24 Congress party ticket.
