The 10th ESRA Sunny Autumn Meeting is a five-day monothematic ESRA conference at Conrad Algarve, focused on shaping the modern perioperative pathway. The programme combines ultrasound demonstrations, pro-con style content, expert-led lectures and discussion sessions across pain, PROSPECT recommendations, enhanced recovery, chronic pain and complications. It is most relevant to anaesthetists, regional anaesthesia trainees and perioperative clinicians looking for an intensive update rather than a broad abstract-driven annual congress. No abstract submission route, presentation opportunity or publication route was visible on the event page. Registration is open and the page lists EUR fees: non-member EUR 1,070, ESRA member EUR 950, and ESRA trainee member/student/fellow/nurse EUR 730. Coffee breaks, two dinners, two lunches and the welcome reception are included. CME accreditation is listed as application in process, so points are not yet confirmed. The hotel page gives a discounted Conrad Algarve booking route and warns that unpaid registrations are cancelled after 30 days or by 6 September 2026, whichever is sooner.
